Landlord & Tenant Tribunal (LTB)

What is the Landlord and Tenant Board?
The Landlord and Tenant Board (LTB) was created from the Residential Tenancies Act (RTA). The Act outlines the rights and responsibilities of residential landlords and tenants in Ontario. The LTB resolves disputes between landlords and tenants through mediation and adjudication.
Need someone on your side?
We will advocate on your behalf, draft, file, and serve all required documents, attend scheduled hearings, mediate, and negotiate on your behalf. When an order is issued by the LTB, we will assist with the process of enforcing the order.
Some landlord and tenant disputes can be resolved with the assistance of a paralegal to avoid the additional costs associated with filing and attending at the LTB.

Let's Talk
We can discuss your options to resolve the issues. Perhaps a letter to the tenant or landlord will suffice. Otherwise, with your instructions, we will draft, file, and serve all required documents, attend scheduled Hearings, mediate, and negotiate on your behalf. When an order is issued by the LTB, we will assist with the process of enforcing the order.
